Misto Kay - What Makes You Dance
Amsterdam-based producer and multi-instrumentalist Misto Kay was first introduced on the scene with a feature on last years Super-Sonic Family Vol.2 compilation, plus a remix and feature on Mo Wrights debut EP things2proof. These releases got us excited for his first solo output, and 'What Makes You Dance' is a great showcase of his various sides. His love for UK broken beat is present on 3 tracks, next to those there's 1 uplifting house banger, and 2 more laid-back neo-soulful tracks. On multiple tunes Misto Kay's voice is heard for the first time as well, and hearing all these different elements come together as a full project makes us not just dance, but also really thrilled for what else he has in store for us in the near-future.
